Besides being Central Minnesota’s premier entertainment destination, Pioneer Place on Fifth is also the perfect venue for your private parties, fundraisers, or corporate meetings. The main theatre seats 188 theatre-style, and can be configured to include dinners, speakers, weddings, and more. Wired with a state-of-the-art sound system, video projection, fiber optic internet access, and every accommodation you need for your event, Pioneer Place is a great place to celebrate your special day. THE FIRESIDE ROOM:
The quaint Fireside Room in The Veranda Lounge is the perfect setting for those special events of up to 32 people like birthday parties, bridal showers, retirement parties, or that special Happy Hour event. With doors that lead directly to the beautiful Veranda overlooking Fifth Avenue, the Fireside Room is rich in character and may be set-up with a small stage for live background music, or a keyboard may be brought in for the event as well.
Available for reservation daily until 8pm. There is a $75 basic room rental fee for events without pre-arranged food/drinks. If $250 is ordered in food and/or beverages, the basic room rental fee will be waived.
The amazingly renovated Wine Attic is now available for rental and can comfortably accommodate up to 52 people. A great space for your business meetings, lunches, book clubs, VIP parties, holiday gatherings and more.
This room is available for day or evening events. Basic room rental is $150 per day, and if $500 in food and/or beverage are ordered the basic room rental fee is waived.
Main Stage Details:
Seating: There are 91 permanent, tiered, movie-theatre style seats, up to 16 seats on a riser (at stage height) and floor seating can accommodate up to 80 seats (for a total up to 187).
Stage: The stage is approximately 30’ wide by 16’ deep, and 8” off the floor, when clear of any set. The dimensions are subject to adjustment depending on the schedule and the set of the current running show at the time of your event.
Weddings: $500 [includes set up time, event, chairs and/or tables, sound and basic lighting with technician(s)]
Main Room Basic Rental Fee: $250 per Day [includes space, chairs and/or tables, and house lights]
Event Extras: (details discussed upon room reservation)
$75 – $250 Sound system and technician
up to $150 Lighting and technician
up to $100 Screen/Projector and technician
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building
Catering Menu: options and pricing for appetizers and pizzas available through Pioneer Place.
