On behalf of all of us at Pioneer Place on Fifth Theatre, THANK YOU for making our fourth season with The Fabulous Armadillos so memorable.  We had some magnificent moments this year that truly wouldn't have been possible without you!

Season tickets for the 2010-2011 season will go on sale in September!  We will be adding two more shows to the season ticket roster as well as any un renewed tickets that are available from the other show dates.

Next season will mark the 5th Anniversary for the Fabulous Armadillos and we already have some fun and rockin' themes up our sleeves in anticipation of that event.  We will announce the themes for the 2010-2011 season in August, so please check back to this site throughout the summer for more updates!

NOTICE TO CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

 At this time we would like to offer our current season ticket holders the opportunity to renew your season tickets for next season.  The process for doing this is to simply stop by the box office when you come to the AM/FM Gold show and pick up your packet.  In that packet you will find a form that you need complete and mail it back to us with either a check or credit card number.  It’s really that easy.  You will notice that we have put on the form the seats you currently have.  You will receive these EXACT same seats on the EXACT same days that you currently have.  You may not expand your current quantity of tickets, but you can decrease it if you would like and we will just put the remaining seats you don’t want back on sale.  This form needs to be mailed and received no later than July 1, 2010, and sent directly to Pioneer Place (the address is on your form).  If we do not receive it by July 1, we will assume that you are giving up your current seats. For those of you who come with a large group, it would be very helpful for us if you could write the names of those in your group on the form.  This will ultimately help us to better serve you in the future.

IF you would not like to renew your seats and try and upgrade them to better seating, you may do that as well.  In September we will place all unclaimed season ticket seats on sale AND add in two more shows that will be reserved seating as well.  Those two additional shows will be the second Wednesday and Thursday of the run.  These tickets will go on sale much like last year on a Saturday morning in September as a first-come, first serve situation.  So just to re-iterate that, having previously owned season tickets and not renewing them does NOT guarantee you seats for the added shows.  You will need to come down in September to purchase those seats.  Please stop and visit Carrie in the box office to pick up your form and we can answer any further questions you might have then.  By the way - if you come with a large group, your packet will be under the name of the person who originally purchased your tickets last season.

ABOUT THE FABULOUS ARMADILLOS

The Fabulous Armadillos featuring Slip Twister and Friends began their music series in 2006 at Pioneer Place with such classic shows as Southern Rock, The British Invasion, From The Grave, Guitar Heroes, Outlaw Rock, Psychedelic Rock, and the now infamous One Hit Wonders show. 12 Sold-Out shows in all! They returned in 2007-2008 with four more themed shows: Rhythm and Blues, Whole Lotta Lovin', Arena Rock, and One Hit Wonders II, and in 2008-2009 wowed the audiences with From The Grave, Girls! Girls! Girls!, Across The Pond, and AM Radio Gold.

The core band is made up of Greg "Gary D." Armstrong on the keys, Paul "Stretch" Diethelm on guitar, Mike Zeleny on bass, and the Rhinestone Cowboy himself - Jay O'Donnell on the drums. Each show features special guest musicians that fit the theme of the evening, so you never knew who was going to show up on stage. Throughout the series, more than 40 local, regional, and national musicians graced the stage. !
